Identifying patients with large cupping of the optic nerve in the presence of normal IOP often prompts further diagnostic work up with OCT and visual fields. Differentiating normal findings from true glaucoma can be challenging. This course will review several cases in detail and identify the key strategies for successfully managing these patients.
