Stress in the work place is not always within our control. This class will demonstrate exercises that a staff member can do to reduce the affects of stress and keep their production up. We often hear the words 'Burn Out' with this workshop you will be able to recognize the onset of burn-out and use the exercises to avoid the fatal affects. It is a fun class that will get you out of your seat with many take homes to use in your personal life as well as the work place!!
